What reports do I actually get without building anything?
The dashboard fills in automatically as orders come through Calode. You get sales by day and by item, popular menu items, orders by channel (delivery, pickup, dine-in), reservations, and a finances breakdown (gross, fees, VAT, net per order). No spreadsheets to build, no setup wizard to run.
Is the data real-time, or end-of-day?
Real-time on the Dashboard view; the Analytics page can be a few minutes behind because it aggregates. Either way you are well ahead of an end-of-day batch — useful when you want to see whether a Friday night is tracking ahead or behind.
Where do the numbers come from — do I need to connect anything?
The numbers come from Calode itself: every order placed through your site, QR menu, app, or the built-in POS (POS Cloud) is already in the system. No third-party analytics tool to integrate.
Can I compare across multiple locations on one screen?
Multi-location operators get group-level reporting alongside per-store views. Book the multi-location demo and we will walk through how the views are laid out for your group size.
Can I export to CSV for my bookkeeper or accountant?
Yes. Sales, Analytics, Finances, Expenses, and the Clients list all export to CSV. Most bookkeepers want the monthly Finances export — gross, fees, VAT, net per order — which exports cleanly.
What about historical data from before I switched to Calode?
We can help with CSV imports during onboarding so your customer list and basic order history come over. Talk to us about the format you have and we will tell you what maps cleanly and what does not.
