Calode
For multi-location operators

One platform. Every location.

Each shop runs on its own settings — local menu, local zones, local prices — and the operator gets group-level reporting across them. Ask about the multi-location console on the demo call.

What multi-location operators need

Local autonomy, central control.

A franchisee can change their late-night cutoff without permission. You can change brand standards once and push to every shop. Both true at the same time.

Per-location menus, prices, hours

Each shop is its own restaurant on the platform — independent menu, prices, hours, delivery zones. Same brand, no forced identical setup.

Group-level reporting

Owner-level access surfaces per-store performance side by side. The exact layout for your group size — book the multi-location demo.

Staff roles per location

Managers and staff get access to the locations they should and nothing else. Owners see everything.

The scale story

One operating system, every shop.

Most chains run six different vendors across the group. Calode replaces most of that stack with one bill and one set of standards.

Every location on one Scale-tier bill.
Per-location pricing with volume discounting. Predictable, no per-order commission.
Each store keeps local control.
Local menu, local hours, local prices — without losing the brand.
Staff roles per location.
Owners see everything; managers and staff see only the locations they should.
Cloner-style menu copy at new-store launch.
When you open a new shop, the menu and branding can copy from an existing one — set once, reuse forever.
In the dashboard

A view for the operator. A view for the GM.

The operator gets group-level reporting; each GM works the store they run. Same product, different lenses.

  • Group-level reporting
Owner-level access surfaces per-store sales, orders, and customer activity.
  • New-store rollouts
When you open a new shop, we copy the menu, branding, and settings from an existing one — usually two stores live at a time over two to four weeks.
  • Per-store ownership
Each location is independent — local team manages local menu, hours, and zones without group sign-off.
FAQ

Multi-location operators, answered.

How is multi-location pricing structured?
Per-location monthly pricing with volume discounting — the more shops on the plan, the lower the per-location rate. Group-level reporting and staff role management are included; book the multi-location demo for a quote based on shop count and order volume.
Can each store run its own menu, prices, and hours?
Yes — each shop is independent on the platform with its own menu, prices, hours, and delivery zones. When you open a new shop, our Cloner tool can copy the menu and branding from an existing one so you are not rebuilding from scratch — then the new shop diverges with its own changes from there.
How do customers carry between my shops?
Today, the customer database is per-location — a guest who orders at the Downtown shop is in the Downtown clients list. Cross-location customer reporting and shared loyalty are on the roadmap for the Scale tier; the multi-location demo will walk through what is live now and what is in flight.
What if some of my locations are franchisee-operated?
Franchisees get their own store-level access (managers / staff roles per location). Owners see everything across the group. The team will walk through the exact role split on the demo so it matches how your group is structured.
How do I roll out across multiple shops — all at once, or one at a time?
Staged. A dedicated onboarding lead runs the rollout — usually two stores live at a time over two to four weeks, depending on group size. The first stores prove the setup and the rest follow with the lessons applied.
Does each shop get its own AI receptionist with its own number?
Yes. Every store keeps its own phone number (existing or new), its own greeting, and its own live menu and hours — the AI on the Riverside line knows the Riverside menu and the Riverside cutoff. AI-captured orders are sent to that store's POS for the local team to confirm; bookings land in that store's reservations.

Kinda crazy not handing over 30% every week.

We stopped using the delivery apps. Now we only take orders through our own site. Setup took a little work at the start, but now it runs smooth.

Now I just open my phone and see how the branch is doing.

Before Calode, I was running around like crazy taking orders from directors. Now I open my phone and see everything. Orders coming in from the site and the app.

Replaced a $1,000 website quote.

Developers quoted me $800–$1,200 for just a website. With Calode I got the website, online ordering, and more, all in one dashboard, for a small monthly fee.
